Menthol and camphor both release natural vapours which help relieve cough symptoms and that stuffy feeling you experience during a cough or cold. Natural menthol is also used as topical analgesic (mild pain relief) particularly for things like tired muscles.

Camphor also has antibacterial and antifungal properties, which can help with inflammatory conditions.

The combination of remaining ingredients continues to bolster the efficacy of this special cream. Rosemary, Thyme, Peppermint and Eucalyptus oil all have antiseptic and antibacterial qualities, as well as being commonly used for their clearing and decongestant qualities. Rosemary, peppermint, lavender and eucalyptus are all known for their ability to relieve minor muscle aches. Instructions for use: massage to chest or on sore muscles for 5-10 minutes. Should only be applied up to twice a day
